Bachelorette & Birthday Weekend

When they make me eat an entire cupcake but I'm definitely not mad about it :)

The buildings in St. Augstine are so pretty I can't even handle it

So the beach was suuuuper windy (see photo below) so literally the only pictures I have of this bathing suit are from snapshat or quick phone photos but I'm thoroughly obsessed with it and might be my favorite one that I own. Also, had to go with this Victoria's Secret white cover up for the weekend (and here are a couple others).

This is what our stuff looked like after we left it for a 30 minute beach walk- yes there are towels under there... The bag my sister got me from Target (all the way to the right) still looked great even though it drowned in sand.

I blame Corry for this

That veil though...

Last weekend was my bachelorette party & my 23rd birthday (which I've only mentioned 10 times in the last week because I was so excited) and we had such an amazing time. We went to St. Augustine and used Airbnb (it was my first time doing it and it was so great!) The house was little eccentric but it made the trip all the more perfect and let's be honest, it was the epitome of old St. Augustine.

Friday night as everyone got there we drank wine and hung out at the house while we played games and opened gifts. Saturday it was supposed to down pour all day (consequences of the tornado/ thunderstorm tearing through the south) so we were prepared to explore the city in the rain and maybe check out the winery and then it was absolutely beautiful! We went to Schmagel Bagel (had to just for the name) and then when to the beach where we could drive right up on the sand! It was just a taaaad windy (as you can see by the picture) so unfortunately the camera didn't make an appearance in fear of having sand forever ruining it so no beach photos. But after a long walk on the beach, we went back Downtown and hit a couple of bars and we drank cocktails on the porches and it was just so great.

Saturday night was our big night out with a nice dinner, drinks and dancing! The weekend ended with a yummy brunch Sunday morning before we headed our separate ways. The weekend could not have been more perfect and thank you to the special girls I got to celebrate with! I'd have to say that I have a feeling 23 is going to be a pretty great year :) Love you all <3

xoxo

So lucky to have these amazing women celebrate with me :) And please don't hate me even though I said I wouldn't post this because the wind was out of control #highfivesforthebride
